How we Work

Getting started is simple. Send me an email, give me a call or reach out to say hello. I'm based in Brisbane, but thanks to the power of technology, we can work together wherever you are. We can arrange a short meeting to talk through your business, what you're trying to achieve and where you need support.

Typical engagements range from three to twelve months, depending on your goals and what needs to be done. Many of my clients stay in touch long after the initial project, coming back for internal audits, tender applications, change advice and strategy sessions as their business needs and priorities evolve.

For me, good consulting is about building great relationships. I want you to feel comfortable picking up the phone, asking questions and having an honest conversation. My role is to help you build your own capability, make informed decisions and keep moving forward, with support when you need it. 

Luckily, I'm not the kind of consultant who charges in 10 minute blocks. I believe good working relationships need room for questions, conversations and the occasional “can I just run something past you?” That's how we build trust, solve problems and get to the right outcomes for your business.
