Kelly Rusbatch is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Adaptable Quality, bringing more than 25 years of experience across compliance, quality, clinical and scientific environments, critical infrastructure and manufacturing, along with consulting experience across New Zealand, the UK and Australia.
Kelly understands that running a business means balancing competing priorities, managing risks, meeting obligations and keeping work moving. As a business owner herself, she knows that advice needs to make sense in practice, not just look good on paper.
Her approach combines strategic thinking with practical, hands-on support. She enjoys helping businesses make sense of complex requirements, challenge the way things have always been done and find solutions that fit their people, their operations and their goals.
ISO certification is an important part of what Kelly does, but she sees it as the starting point, not the finish line. For her, the real value lies in building systems that people understand, use and can adapt as the business evolves.
Kelly's goal is to help businesses grow their own capability, make informed decisions and move forward with confidence, without becoming reliant on an external consultant to keep things going.
